10 Things

10 Things about me! Yay!



1) I'm Dana, I used to think my Mom and Dad named me that because it rhymes with Pana,[Pain-a] (Yes, I have made that a word.) But now I really like my name. So there!



2) I am a twin. I am twin B. I was just being nice, and I let Morgan go first. We were three months early. My Mom's due date was January 1991, and we were born on October 30th 1990. We had our first Christmas in the hospital.



3) My Dad calls me 'Peanut' He calls Morgan 'Pundin' She doesn't like it. I love my name! ;)



4) I have a 'thing' for the 1950's stertype housewive. Sorry,but I do. Not that I'm going to be all like 'Honey, put your feet up, here's a drink, supper is on the table, blah blah blah' Well maybe not that much, but I just think what we saw in the 1950's stertype housewive, wasa kinda magical.



5) I wish prices were what they were back when my Grandparents were young, or even when my parents were young. Like SERIOUSLY!!!! 1.50 for eggs, bacon, toast and coffee? Now it's just 1.50 for the coffee.....



6) I'm 18 (I'll be 19 at the end of the month) and I still don't have my license... I'm scared. I'm scared of the other people on the road, we have some scary drivers out there. Last year my Papa took me to the mall parking lot, to drive around. It was amazing, scary but fun! Now he said once I get my first part of my license he will take me back, just incase I run into anything (LOL) it would look better on his insurance. I've trying to read the book, it's kinda boring! LOL



7) I love being a twin. Espcially to Morgan. Before I was jealous. Like really jealous. I'm not sure if I have posted this beore, but Morgan has Cerebral Palsy. We have friends that we grew up with that also have Cerbral Palsy. I have grown up around children and even adults with dissabilites. And it was like 'HELLLLOOOO' it's such an eye opener. And I feel sorry for people who havn't have as much insight to people with dsisabilities than I had. Morgan has had many surgeries, the last one, being two m,etal rods in her back. (Because her spine was in the shape of a question mark) The surgery lastet 8 hours. When I went to see her, she looked like Gene Simmons, when he had his face lift. Well not really, but her face was puffy. It was hard to talk to her.

8) I always wanted to go to school in England

9) I am a Brownie Leader. They call me Sunshine Owl. I got a new name this year.... Daisy Duck

10) I'm starting to really love life. Don't get me wrong, I loved it always, but now I am really enjoying it, etc. I moved out... (with my Dad) but I still miss my Mom Grandma D and Morgan. I have a job now, and it has opened my eyes, to 'the real world'
So, I am really thankful for what I have, and what I will have in the future, (hopefully) [Did that make sense?]
